Duffield Dynamo FC is run by a group of volunteer managers, coaches and assistants, many of whom are parents of players.
Individual team managers are listed with their respective teams. Club officers are shown below.

Club matters are attended to at quarterly committee meetings, the dates of which are shown to the right.

Subscriptions
Membership subscriptions vary depending on the year group.

The subscriptions provide for match fees, hire of training facilities and provision of training equipment such as balls, cones and goal posts for the players.
